Seem this is not possible at the moment with FormsTool V3. Will this be implemented in the future ?

Geert,

I have it on my todo list and it will come in V3.0. 
Shouldn't take too long to implement that feature. 
 
ps: the V2.0 version also didn't support search from command line.
