Hello,
I am trying to use powersearch to change the Source Filename property of some Boilerplates in several Oracle Forms. I am using Forms6i and FormsTool V3.0(345). When I attempt to change the value, I get an error message saying "can't set property value - property is read only!" I have checked that the file is not set to read-only, and I have opened FormsTool as administrator. Neither of these corrected the issue. Has anybody run into this issue previously? Any idea what's going on?

If you use the “simple search” then most likely the module will only be read-only. There is still some room for improvement in that regard in my code. I load and free modules during search. The Oracle Forms API doesn’t like it if I open hundreds of modules and keep them open, sooner or later I run into memory and other limits. I was working on a method to automatically reload a module if the user changes a property, but that code is not yet properly implemented, hence the error message you get.
