Merge Forms lost JOIN Condition of Relation

Hi,

wenn I try to merge two versions of a form (only changed comments for testing) with the FormsAPI Master the resulting form always has blanc "Join Condition" and "Detail Data Block" properties in the relations between two blocks.
It only happens when the "Subclass Information" is filled in the relation.

Test with Forms 12.2.1.4.0 and FormsAPI Master 64Bit V3.0 (449) and also with FormsAPI Master 64Bit V4.0 (457)       

Is there a solution ?
